Best International Hotels For Babies | Our Ultimate Reviews List

Chertin even flies with her babies alone, which might sound like the best adventure for the bravest of souls (ahem, slightly crazy) who definitely knows how to juggle bottles and naps. Picture a holiday where picking between the beach or pool is about as tough as it gets—because at these leading hotels, everything else is sorted. Every time you turn around, this list of kid-friendly resorts has another kiddie amenity ready to help take some unbrushed pasta off your hands so you can shower and maybe sleep for a few hours. We’ve looked high and low to find the hotels that do it best when it comes to pampering families with under-fives, so your break is as stress-free as it is fun. So sit down because your dream vacation of worrying about whether or not the baby’s sunscreen is SPF 50 begins right now! So what exactly makes a hotel baby-friendly?

But before we get to our first choices, a hotel in paradise for the tykes while being as pleasing on parents eyes and ears as possible.

Safety Features

First things first safety. Not just providing a baby crib, a various facilities that all have been adjusted with the limited need.” Places where outlets are covered, furniture edges softened, and balconies secure—because a hotel is about relaxation, not emergency baby-proofing. (And as much as a “no-baby-left-behind” policy may also seem like fun, we will settle for a hotel that is always happy to make sure you and your baby are well taken care of.)

Baby Amenities and Services

A good hotel is not just one who gives you a crib but goes above and beyond. Picture everything from bottle warmers, strollers, highchairs, and the ever-effective diaper genie—in other words, a not-so-subtle way of saying, “We know what you need so that you can just enjoy your holiday.” Oh, and in some places, baby bathrobes are included. Since obviously your kiddo needs just as much pampering. Babies as spa clients didn’t seem possible.

Nice / Helpful Staff

But it is the wand on staff where the real magic happens; this staff does 40-50 physical damage with a modifier of +420 Magic! Seek out hotels where the staff manages late-night baby cries without breaking a sweat, and make it easy for your child to feel at home. The top hotels have service that is above and beyond—they help you with a smile and know what you need before you even think to ask. It’s almost as though they possess a sixth sense in determining whether you are in need of coffee, a nap, or just an empathetic nod.

The definition of baby-friendly hotels set, we can move on to our best picks!

Ikos Andalusia, Spain

There are few life moments as hair-raising as traveling with a baby, but take fear out of the equation and thread those fingers through your locks. Because IKOS steals your worries away completely—hello, Ikos Andalusia in Spain! This gem of a hotel is not just any luxury resort; it’s an oasis designed specifically to keep the littlest travelers—and their somewhat more sleep-deprived parents—happy entertained. Believe me, you will be packing your bags for the Costa del Sol by the time you read this review.

Accommodation

The accommodation at Ikos Andalusia is second to none. I mean, everything. The rooms are spacious, welcoming, and, best of all, baby-proofed. They had a solution for everything—cribs to bottle warmers. I entered my room, “Do I live here or what?”—before I even saw the vista.

The comfy beds mean you might even be lucky enough to get a proper night’s sleep (if your little one decides to let you, that is). And the blackout curtains? It may come as a godsend for daytime naps. And there is lots of space for strollers to roll. They even have family suites for those of you that need more room, but honestly, even the standard rooms are luxurious.

Facilities and Activities

But now, the stuff that you actually came here for—about the resort and its activities.

Ikos Andalusia is virtually Disneyland for babies (without the massive mouse, obviously). Baby pool, warm water—itty bitty garden—perfect size! There is even a Babewatch service (a beach babysitting service). While somebody else looks after the baby, you can just get on with reading your book in the sun! I mean, how cool is that?

When you feel like staying in, take your baby to the soft play area for them to crawl and use up some of their energy. And for the more intrepid families, baby-friendly bikes with child seats can be supplied too. And a convenient way to tour the resort without having to tote around strollers.

Local Exploration

Set in the ideal location for a spot of baby-friendly adventuring, Ikos Andalusia offers plenty to see if you have energy to venture out. The resort includes free local drives, so it’s not necessary to rent a car for visiting the lovely Andalusian villages. Rest assured that they will seat your baby in car seats as well.

This was honestly one of the best things I did—a walk along the beach promenade. Within moments of sampling the fresh sea air, my baby was fast asleep. There is also a little market next door where you can get fresh fruit and snacks for the day. A very nice way to experience a touch of the local culture without going too far from the resort.

Dining

Ok, so come on, let’s face it, dining with a baby can be something of a challenge. However, Ikos Andalusia has done their best to take the stress out of it. In all, the hotel offers different dishes; surprise, all are baby-friendly. High chairs, baby menus—your little one will eat!

The workers are very attentive, as well. It was still nice to eat with both hands (a luxury I rarely get at home), but I lost track of how many times they offered to help with the baby. And the food? Delicious. And, whether you’re craving Mediterranean or something a little less mainstream, there’s something for everyone on this list. Oh, and there’s a kids’ corner with all the baby necessities too.

Nearby Attractions

Although the resort is hard to leave, there are several attractions that can be visited near Havasupai. Take a brief road trip to the beautiful village of Estepona; it’s nice to stroll around with a baby in pram. Photo ops between the cobblestone streets and blooming flowerpots are endless. And it has a beautiful park for you to have a picnic in.

For something cultural, you can ramp up the entertainment factor with a day out to Selwo Aventura Wildlife Park (20 minutes’ drive). It is a really fun day out, and baby will love to see the animals. Oh, and pack lots of snacks and sunscreen!

Guest Experience

The guest experience of Ikos Andalusia is the element that elevates it above most of its competitors The first impression of any nursing room is the staff doing everything they can to put a mom and baby at ease from the minute you walk in. You get greeted with a smile and offered an extra hand if you ever want it. They were always prompt to answer for any extra baby wipes we may have needed and even granted us a late check-out. They even had a little baby gift for us when we arrived—so thoughtful!

If you are a first-time parent like me, the assurance that you have picked a place that really gets what it’s like for parents with babies is worth its weight in gold. By the end, you will feel truly refreshed instead of only relaxed (I promise it is possible)!

Overview: Pros for Babies

Why is Ikos Andalusia brilliant for babies, then? Well, it is easy: they have covered all the bases Between the baby-friendly accommodations and highly trained staff, they have taken all the stress out of traveling with a young one. The resort sleeps up to five, has plenty of secure dining outlets and baby-friendly rooms, and array of pastimes for both adults and toddlers.

That—more than anything else—is somewhere you can actually relax on your holiday, content in the knowledge that your baby is being looked after. That said, just picture yourself in a hot, sunny place reading your favourite book whilst sipping away at your cocktail or swimming in the local area, however you like to chill out—all knowing that everything you need is readily available.

In short, the perfect contemporary paradise for you to enjoy with your baby is what Ikos Andalusia has in store for you. Believe me, you will not regret it.

Sani Resort, Greece

The thought of any travel with an infant can be likened to Hercules’ labors, but at Sani Resort in Greece it’s practically a walk in the long park—and make that the promenade on the beach. On the beautiful Kassandra Peninsula, you’ll find Sani Resort—a haven for families who have little ones. This resort covers everything you need to keep your baby (and yourself) happy during your stay, from baby-friendly facilities to their attentive service that makes sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. Here, we put on our sun hat and tell you all about why Sani Resort is the best destination if you want to go on a holiday with your baby.

Accommodation

We will start with the accommodation first, shall we? Face it, when you are traveling with a baby that room is going to be where you spend a lot of time. Sani Resort knows this, and rather than provide lackluster rooms that are just about okay they ensure their rooms will cater to a happily sleeping baby.

As soon as I entered our room, I felt such a relief. The room had a lot of space, modern and was natural light flooding in. The bed was so huge that a crawling child could fetch cartwheels there (if desired, always under the guidance of one hand); and also there were strong, rigid cradles. And Jesus, did those blackout curtains save us for that midday nap? But there is nothing quite like the feeling when you finally get them off to sleep and get to sit on the balcony with a coffee in peace!

The room even came with all of their baby necessities—a high chair, a baby bath, a bottle warmer—they have everything! They seemed to know exactly what I had forgotten to put into my bag. And oh yeah, the baby monitor they also provided. This meant I could actually sit on the patio during the day without running in every 5 minutes to check on my little one. Five-star comfort and baby-proofing in one? Yes, please!

Facilities and Activities

In any case, moving on to wherever Sani Resort excels—the facilities and activities. This is a baby safari individuals dream (get resources). For a start, there is a baby pool which is shallow, warm and perfect for those initial water splashes. And seeing my baby’s face light up in the water… that was a moment I will treasure forever. Oh and the resort Babewatch service? Absolute genius. Professional nannies will watch your baby while you lie on the beach. It’s a vacation inside your vacation!

There is a cushioned play area for those days when you want to keep dry where baby can crawl, roll, and play safely. The resort also runs baby-friendly activities, including sensory play and music sessions. This is a safe and healthy way for you to keep your baby entertained, while also opening up the opportunity for you to chat with other parents that are in, literally, the very same boat.

Local Exploration

But it’s not just about staying at Sani Resort; the surrounding area is great for a little baby-friendly exploring too. In the heart of fabulous nature, there’s a lot to explore in and around the resort. Some of my favourite walks were along the coastal paths. The strong wind and views of the sea, the calm walk, did exactly what was needed to clear me out of my mind, & it worked like a charm for the baby too.

Slightly more adventurous, and you can trek up to the Sani Marina. It makes a nice place to wander, with boutique shops and cafes and even the cutest little ice-cream parlor. The people-watchign for my baby and the coffee for me. Win-win! The marina is likewise place for short boat rides throughout the peninsula. Because of the calmer waters, this cove is a more kid friendly option that has some incredibly lovely secluded beaches.

Dining

Dining with a baby and no worries at Sani Resort All of the restaurants within the property are baby-friendly. They do high chairs and baby menus and even staff are happy to help if you’re juggling your little darling.

I got to eat at many of the resort’s restaurants, but my favorite was Ouzerie. We had the most rockin’ traditional Greek fare and service that was second to none. They even said they would heat up the baby’s bottle for me so I could go enjoy my meal. Wow! And the baby food? Tossed in a mix of organic, fresh, and aturadíssimas. It is these small touches that make dining at Sani Resort a delight rather than a chore.

Nearby Attractions

For those feeling a little more adventurous, you should visit the beautiful surrounds of all that surround Cameron Highlands. Olynthos’ ancient ruins are just a short drive away. The site is very accessible to strollers and open, so it would be easy to enjoy the grounds while exploring with a baby. Drat, and I liked being a history buff—it gives me an excuse to dip into Greek culture.

For a little more peace and quiet, you can make your way to the Sani Wetlands. Home to lots of birds, there are scenic walking paths. With all-around 360-degree views, it was a fabulous way for baby to get some fresh air while I had her strapped to my chest.

Guest Experience

Really, the guest experience is top-notch at Sani Resort. The staff makes you feel very comfortable from the moment of arrival. Homey, helpful, and there to serve. Need an extra blanket? Done. Misplaced the baby toy that is her go-to for happiness? They’ll find it. There is a high level of service, and it makes all the difference when you have a baby in tow.

Most importantly, the people who worked there appeared to actually love children. It was more than them doing a job; they went out of their way to make sure my baby was happy and comfortable. It’s the type of service that is rarely experienced today and really made us feel special during our stay.

Why Your Baby Needs It

So, what makes Sani Resort perfect for babies? Honestly, this place has it covered. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, a choice of baby-friendly facilities on offer, and so many baby-friendly activities all add up to making sure your stay at Sani Resort with a baby is as stress-free as possible. The staff are so lovely, there is a huge choice of places to eat—all baby friendly—and the location offers lots of exploration opportunities!

But what really distinguishes Sani Resort is the entire experience. It’s not only a perfect place for you to unwind and enjoy one of the best days of your life; you can also get that same peace and laughter with your baby too. If you are lying by the baby pool, going out on an excursion, or having fun with your partner in the room, your baby will be in good hands.

So all in all, if your after a luxury family getaway that is stress-free and oozes with Greek charm, then Sani Resort has you covered. You (or baby) won’t regret it.
